Tales from the shop.

Haven't posted much lately been busy with various shop happenings. Here are a few photos from the past few weeks.

It's winter which means it's time to brew.  Our first batch to the year is Honey brown.  18 lbs of grain and 10 gallons of beer that took a total of 8 hours total brew time.
