Detroit Bikes: Factory Build 1

I will be posting some photos of the progress at Detroits only bicycle factory (Detroit Bikes) as the factory sets up for July production.

Setting up the wash room (not bathroom) this is where steel tubes and other various parts get cleaned and prepared for final welding.  attached to these post will be a trolly system suspended 9 feet above that will transfer baskets from one 90 gallon wash tank to another 4 in total.  More photos to follow.

May 6th In The Rack

Currently in the rack is Pams Trek 4300.  Pams bike is in for  a drive train tune up and currently waiting for parts to come out of the hot degreaser bath.  up next reassemble, fresh lube, and wheel truing.  Tims mountain bikes are on deck to be in the rack.
